Live demo A real academy’s books

Run the studio.
Not the admin.

Flexora is the software behind a movement academy — classes, bookings, memberships, payments and your website, in one place. Built for the coach who is also the bookkeeper.

No card to start. Your data stays yours.

What it does

The whole business, not one corner of it

Most studios run on three systems and a spreadsheet that reconciles them. This is the one that needs no reconciling.

Scheduling that fills itself

Publish a timetable once and it recurs. Members on a monthly plan are booked into their class automatically — including a class a coach adds halfway through the month.

Billing that reconciles

Memberships bill through PayFast and renew on their own cycle. Every payment lands against the order that raised it automatically, so nothing needs matching up by hand at month end.

Registers that feed themselves

Coaches open the class and mark who turned up, on whatever screen is at hand. Attendance feeds the reports without anyone copying a register into a spreadsheet.

Families can self-serve

Parents see what they pay for, which children it covers, and every invoice. One account, two children, one payment — the case most systems cannot express at all.

Skills worth chasing

Levels, belts and a video library. Students see the next skill, coaches approve it, and progress stops living in one coach’s memory.

Your website, not a plugin

A drag-and-drop builder on the same system as everything else, so your site, your bookings and your billing live in one place instead of three.

The difference

What you stop doing

The work does not get faster. It stops existing, because the thing it was reconciling is already one set of rows.

A Tuesday now

  • A booking tool that does not know who has paid
  • A payments dashboard that does not know who came to class
  • A website quoting last year’s prices
  • A spreadsheet reconciling all three, kept by one person
  • Month end that takes an evening

A Tuesday on Flexora

  • One timetable, one member record, one set of prices
  • Every payment sitting against the order that raised it
  • Prices on your site that are the prices at the checkout
  • Nothing to reconcile, because there is only one set of rows
  • Month end that is already done
How it works

Everyone gets the screen they need

Owners see the money. Coaches see the mat. Parents see their own family. Nobody sees a spreadsheet.

1

Know what the month did

Revenue, attendance, subscriptions and progress — drawn from the same rows your members are booking against, so the number on the dashboard and the number in the bank agree.

2

Every class, every week

The register knows who is entitled to be there, how full the class is, and who has not been in a while. Export it if you must; most weeks you will not need to.

3

Joining takes a minute

A parent picks a plan, pays, and their child is in next week’s class before they close the tab. No form to print, no bank reference to explain over the phone.

Moving across

Switching takes a fortnight, not a season

The reason clubs stay on a system they dislike is the move. So we do the move.

  1. 1

    Send us what you have

A spreadsheet, an export from your old system, a folder of debit order forms. We map members, memberships and what each one pays.

  2. 2

    We build your timetable

Classes, coaches, capacities and the plans that get people into them — set up to match the week you already run, not a template.

  3. 3

    Run both for a week

Your old system stays on until the two agree. Nobody switches on faith, and no member notices anything happening.

  4. 4

    Members get their link

Parents set a password, confirm the plan they are already on, and the old system goes quiet. Setup and migration help is part of the price.

Pricing

Priced against what you actually run

There is no tier picked to fit you into. Tell us what you are running now and we will quote against that — one price for the whole club either way.

Your booking system

timetable, bookings, registers

Your billing system

memberships, invoices, checkout

Your reporting

revenue, attendance, retention

No per-member fee, nothing taken off the top of a payment. Leave whenever — your data leaves with you.

Questions

The things that actually decide it

If yours is not here, ask — hello@flexora.co.za reaches a person.

What does it cost?

There is no published price list, because a club running thirty members on one timetable is a different job to one running three hundred across several. Tell us what you run and we will quote against that, not a tier picked to fit.

How much of our old system has to come across?

Members, memberships and what each one pays. Send whatever you have — a spreadsheet, an export, a folder of debit order forms — and we do the import with you as part of getting set up.

Do we have to use your website builder?

No. Keep the site you have and link the booking, or point your domain at a Flexora site and run everything from one place. Either way, we will tell you honestly which makes sense for you.

How do members actually pay?

Through PayFast — card or instant EFT, on your own checkout. A subscription renews itself on its billing cycle, and every payment reconciles against the order that raised it once the notification lands.

Can one parent pay for two children?

Yes, and it is the case we built for first. One account, two children, one payment — with the parent able to see what they pay for, which child it covers, and every invoice.

Do coaches need their own logins?

Yes. A coach sees the mat: their classes, their registers, their students’ progress — not the money. Owners and admins see the business side.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It leaves with you. There is no contract to run out and no notice period — export your members, payments and attendance, and go. We would rather you stayed because the software is worth it.

Talk to us

Tell us what you are running now

We will tell you honestly whether Flexora is better than it, and what moving would actually involve. If it is not, we will say so.

  • 1

A reply within one working day

From a person, with a name. Not a ticket number and not a sequence.

  • 2

A look at your actual setup

Twenty minutes on a call, screen shared, going through the week you run.

  • 3

A straight answer on the move

What comes across, what does not, and how long it takes. Before you commit to anything.
